My approach to the wine world begins with a viticultural approach; my work begins in the vineyard, the ultimate source of quality. When I begin working on a project, my goal is always defined by the land in which I am working, and the goal is always to find the right balance between the originality of the territority, expressed through its podiatric and climatic characteristics, and the techniques most appropriate to exalt it. |
